• Akuryou novel series: The translation is ongoing. See baka-tsuki.org.
• Akumu no sumu ie novel: Complete! See spr.dreamwidth.org. Important: If you read the Akumu no sumu ie novel/manga with anime-only knowledge, you will get spoiled and miss some very important developments. Unfortunately the original novel series translation is incomplete, so please read manga volumes 10-12 instead.
• Ghost Hunt manga: The manga is licensed, but volume 12 has not been published yet. A scanlation of volumes 10-12 is up at batoto.
• Ghost Hunt anime: Only covers up to volume 6 of the Akuryou novel series. Read vol 10-12 of the manga to fill up the gap between the anime and the Akumu no sumu ie novel/manga.
• Ghost Hunt Rewritten Novel series: No translation available yet.
• Akumu no sumu ie Manga: Complete. Scanlation is up at batoto.

I was wondering if you know what Ghost Hunt: Ningyou no Iehen is? I came across that title somewhere online but I can't really find anything on it except that it is apparently a sequel to the original GH but a prequel to WH series. The cover seems to be the Minnie doll from the Doll House arc but supposedly it is its own arc, or at least that's what I am taking from what little info I can find. Any clarification for this would be great!

It's not a sequel or a prequel to WH. According to Kodansha the content of Ningyou no Ie Hen (The Doll House Compilation) corresponds to the "Doll House" arc and the extra story "Ghost stories in the park".

It was released in November 2006, so perhaps it was a special "edited re-release" on the occasion of the anime broadcast. :)
